The Analytics module provides comprehensive data to help you understand your chatbot’s performance and user behavior. It consists of two main sections:

Analytics Dashboard

Focuses on the quality and detailed metrics of chats.

  • Basic Analytics: High-level health checks, volume trends, and real-time activity logs.
  • Advanced Analytics: Deep dives into resolution rates, sentiment analysis, and AI-driven insights to optimize bot logic.
  • Agent Analytics: Performance tracking for your human support team, including response times and workload distribution.
