Getting started

Five pages, in order, take a brand-new account from sign-up to a chatbot answering questions on a website. Plan on roughly 30 minutes if you have your knowledge content ready.

1. Sign up and set up your organization — create your account, name your org, invite a teammate.
2. Create your first chatbot — give the bot a name, description, and purpose.
3. Add your first knowledge source — train the bot on a website, a document, or both.
4. Test it in the Playground — make sure the answers look right before users see them.
5. Deploy to your website in 5 minutes — install the embed and watch it appear.
