Getting started

Five pages, in order, take a brand-new account from sign-up to a chatbot answering questions on a website. Plan on roughly 30 minutes if you have your knowledge content ready.

1. Sign up & organization

Create your account, name your org, invite a teammate.

2. Create a chatbot

Give the bot a name, description, and purpose.

3. Add knowledge

Train the bot on a website, a document, or both.

Make sure the answers look right before users see them.

Install the embed and watch it appear.
