Webhooks are the bridge between Hilal Chatbot and the rest of your stack. Outgoing webhooks fire when chatbot events happen — feed them into Zapier or Make to trigger anything. Incoming webhooks let upstream systems (like Shopify) push real-time updates to your chatbot’s knowledge.
