Google Drive Integration
Automatically sync documents from Google Drive to keep your chatbot’s knowledge base accurate and up to date.
With this integration, your chatbot can learn from files stored in Google Drive and stay in sync whenever content changes.
Overview
The Google Drive integration allows you to connect folders from your Drive directly to your chatbot’s knowledge base.
Once connected, your chatbot can:
- Learn from documents in Google Drive
- Stay updated when files change
- Organize content using folders
- Answer questions using the latest information
This is ideal for product docs, policies, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.
