Sidepanel assistant
The sidepanel is the main interface for the Chrome extension. Open it by clicking the extension icon in your toolbar. It contains 12 screens for AI assistance, document management, product analysis, and account settings.
Ask
Ask AI a question about the current page. Share a link, paste text, or ask about what you’re viewing on Amazon. Perfect for quick questions about products, pricing, or competitive analysis.
Chat
Multi-turn conversation interface. Have back-and-forth discussions with the AI about any topic or the page you’re currently viewing.
Select Chatbot
Choose which AI chatbot handles your requests. If you’ve set up custom chatbots in your Hilal account, they’ll appear here. Select one to use it for Ask and Chat interactions.
Document
Upload or paste documents (PDFs, Word docs, text files) to analyze with AI. Great for reviewing supplier contracts, product descriptions, or customer feedback.
Image
Analyze images using AI vision. Upload a screenshot, photo, or diagram for visual analysis and Q&A.
Info
Quick-reference information panel. Shows context about the current page, product details, or summary data.
Link
Paste a link and ask questions about its content. The AI fetches and analyzes the web page, article, or resource at that URL.
Gift
Explore gift recommendations and ideas using AI. Useful for market research on gift products and seasonal trends.
Notifications
View system notifications, alerts, and updates from Hilal. Check the status of pending tasks, API activity, or account notifications.
Profile
Manage your account:
- View your Hilal profile and email
- Switch between organizations
- Sign out
Settings
Configure extension behavior (see Options and settings for detailed settings). Quick toggles and preferences are available here.
Product Analysis
When you’re on an Amazon product page, this tab becomes active. It shows the Product analytics widget with three analysis views today (sample data) and four more coming soon.
