If you’re using Gmail, you can easily forward emails to your application’s inbox by following these steps.

Add a Forwarding Address

  1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon > See all settings.
  2. Go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
  3. Click Add a forwarding address.
  4. Paste the forwarding address from your inbox settings.
  5. Click Next, then Proceed.

Gmail will send a verification email to that forwarding address.

  1. Return to your inbox inside the platform.
  2. Open the email from Gmail and click the verification link.

Set Up a Filter to Route Emails

To ensure all customer emails reach your inbox:

  1. In Gmail, go to Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses.
  2. Click Create a new filter.
  3. In the “To” field, enter your public support email (e.g., support@yourdomain.com).
  4. Click Create filter.
  5. Check “Forward it to” and select the forwarding address.
  6. Click Create filter.

All incoming support emails from Gmail will now be routed to your platform inbox!
