Using Outlook? Follow these steps to automatically forward support emails to your application inbox.
Enable Email Forwarding in Outlook
- Log into your Outlook account.
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Under Settings, click Mail > Forwarding.
- Toggle Enable forwarding.
- Paste the forwarding address from your platform inbox settings.
- Click Save.
That’s it! Outlook will now redirect all incoming messages to your support inbox.
