Reviews Manager
Reviews Manager lets you manage review-related automation workflows. Access it from Customer Hub → Reviews Manager.

Step 1: Access Reviews Manager
In the Customer Hub sidebar, click Reviews Manager.
You’ll see automation campaigns. Creating campaigns routes you through Email Automation, which handles all customer communication campaigns including review-related communications.
Step 2: Manage review campaigns
View and manage campaigns created for review communications. Each campaign shows:
Advanced review features like filtering by rating/sentiment, responding to individual reviews, flagging policy violations, and detailed analytics are in development.
Currently, Reviews Manager displays review automation workflows. For detailed review monitoring and management, these features are planned for a future release.
