The overview dashboard
The Dashboard is the first page you land on after signing in. It’s an at-a-glance read of your Amazon business — the four KPI tiles at the top, the sales-trend chart in the middle, and a row of “deeper” cards underneath.
In this guide:
- Read the four KPI tiles
- Use the date and marketplace filters
- Drill into the trend chart
- Open the deeper cards
Prerequisites
- You’ve connected your Amazon Seller account and selected at least one marketplace.
- The initial data sync has completed (the banner at the top of the dashboard tells you).
Step 1: Read the four KPI tiles
| Tile | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Sales | Gross sales (Amazon revenue) for the selected period and marketplaces. |
| Orders | Order count for the same period. |
| Profit | Sales − COGS − Amazon fees − ad spend − allocated expenses. The profit calculation respects whatever expense categories you’ve classified as deductible. |
| Ad spend | Total spend across connected Ads regions. |
Each tile has a small trend arrow comparing the current period to the previous period of equal length (e.g., “last 7 days vs the 7 days before that”).
Step 2: Use the date and marketplace filters
The top of the dashboard has two filters:
- Date range — presets (Today / 7d / 30d / This month / This quarter / This year) plus a custom range picker.
- Marketplace — defaults to your primary marketplace; you can pick a single marketplace, multi-select, or “All.”
Both filters update every tile, the trend chart, and the deeper cards in one shot. The selection is reflected in the URL (via nuqs), so you can bookmark or share a filtered view.
Step 3: Drill into the trend chart
Below the KPI tiles, the trend chart plots sales (and optionally orders, profit, or ad spend) over the selected period. Toggle the metric in the legend.
Hover any point to see the exact value and the period-over-period delta. Click a point to jump into a per-day detail view.
Step 4: Open the deeper cards
Underneath the trend chart, a row of cards surfaces the next level of detail:
- Top-selling SKUs — the five SKUs driving the most revenue in the period.
- Lowest-stock SKUs — SKUs at risk of stocking out, ranked by days-of-cover.
- Top campaigns — the campaigns with the best ROI in the period.
- Recent reviews — the last few reviews across your catalog, with sentiment.
- Open orders — orders waiting to ship (FBM) or pending shipment to Amazon (FBA).
Each card has a See all → link to the full section.
Troubleshooting
- Tiles all show “—”. The initial sync hasn’t finished. Check the banner at the top of the dashboard.
- Profit tile shows zero or unrealistic numbers. You haven’t classified your expenses. Open Finances → Expense tracking and categorize them so they roll into the profit calculation.
- Marketplace filter doesn’t include a region I sell in. That marketplace isn’t ticked under Settings → Marketplaces. See Choose your marketplaces.
