Getting started

Six pages, in order, take a brand-new account from sign-up to a working Hilal Software workspace with Amazon connected, your marketplaces chosen, and your team invited. Plan on roughly 30 minutes if you have your Amazon credentials ready.

  1. Sign up and set up your organization — create your account, name your org, complete the welcome flow.
  2. Connect your Amazon Seller account — authorize SP-API access so Hilal can read your inventory, orders, and fees.
  3. Connect Amazon Ads — authorize the Ads API per region so the Advertising section can show real campaigns.
  4. Choose your marketplaces — pick which of the 15+ Amazon regions you sell in.
  5. Invite your team — bring in admins, members, and assign roles.
  6. Take the first-run tour — let the in-app guide walk you through every section.
