Sign up and set up your organization

Hilal Software signs you in through Hilal Auth, the single sign-on used across all Hilal products. If you already have an account on any other Hilal product (Chatbot, Email Marketing, etc.), you can sign in with the same credentials and pick up here.

In this guide:

  • Create your Hilal account
  • Name your organization
  • Take a quick look at the welcome screen and dashboard

Prerequisites

  • A working email address.
  • A modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — current major version).

Step 1: Sign up

Go to app.hilalsoftware.tools and click Sign up. Sign up with email + password or with one of the supported social providers.

You’ll receive a verification email. Click the link to confirm your address.

Step 2: Name your organization

After verifying, you’re sent to the Create your organization screen. An organization is the top-level container that owns everything you’ll see in Hilal — your Amazon connections, your inventory, your team, your subscription. Most users have one; agencies or operators with multiple brands have several.

Fill in:

  • Organization name (required) — what your team and (in some places) your customers see. You can rename it later under Settings → Organization.
  • Organization logo (optional) — uploaded via Cloudinary; appears in the top sidebar.
  • Billing address (optional now, required before you upgrade) — used on invoices.

Click Create organization. You’re dropped onto the welcome screen.

Step 3: Tour the welcome screen

The welcome screen is built to get you to value fast. It shows three to five suggested next steps depending on your subscription:

  • Connect Amazon Seller account — the next step in this guide.
  • Connect Amazon Ads — to enable the Advertising section.
  • Choose your marketplaces — pick which Amazon regions you sell in.
  • Invite your team — bring teammates in.
  • Take the first-run tour — let the in-app guide walk you through every section.

You can dismiss tiles you’ve already done; they reappear in Settings if you want them back.

Step 4: Find your way around the dashboard

Click Continue to dashboard (or wait — the welcome screen advances automatically once you’ve connected Amazon). You land on the main dashboard with KPI tiles, a sales-trend chart, and the navigation sidebar on the left.

The sidebar is where you’ll spend most of your time. From top to bottom, the main areas are:

AreaWhat you’ll do here
DashboardOverview KPIs, analytics, BI dashboards, quick actions. → Dashboard
InventoryStock, products, warehouses, FBA, forecasting. → Inventory
AdvertisingAmazon PPC campaigns, keywords, budgets, ROI. → Advertising
Customer HubEmail automations, reviews, AI customer assistant. → Customer hub
FinancesExpenses, fees, P&L, exports, billing. → Finances
AIAI Chat, NL2SQL, Notes, Document Chat, image gen. → AI
Vendors / Orders / CalendarSuppliers, orders, scheduling. → Vendors & orders
SettingsProfile, organization, members, integrations. → Settings

Most sections show an “upgrade required” banner on the Free plan. That’s expected — you can preview them but you’ll need to be on Basic or higher to use them.

Troubleshooting

  • The verification email never arrived. Check spam, then use the Resend link on the sign-in screen. Some corporate inboxes block Hilal’s email — try a personal address.
  • “Organization name already taken.” Add a suffix (your initials, a city, the year). Names are global, not per-account.
  • You see another organization’s dashboard. You’ve been auto-added to a teammate’s org. Use the org switcher at the top of the sidebar to switch to your own.

What’s next

Authorize Amazon so the dashboard, inventory, and ads sections start showing real data.
