Enable Product Research
Product Research is gated behind your Hilal Software plan and a feature flag. This page confirms you have access and shows you your starting credits.
In this guide:
- Confirm your plan tier
- Find Product Research in the sidebar
- Check your credit balance
Step 1: Confirm your plan tier
Open Settings → Subscriptions & add-ons in Hilal Software and check your active plan.

| Basic / Premium / Enterprise | Full access with monthly bundled credits |
If you’re on Free and you want full access, upgrade your plan from this page. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Step 2: Find Product Research in the sidebar
Open the Hilal Software web app. In the left sidebar, click Product Research.
If you don’t see it:
- You’re on a plan tier that doesn’t include it (see Step 1).
- The feature flag for your account hasn’t been enabled. Reach out to support@hilalsoftware.tools with your organization name; we’ll switch it on.
Step 3: Check your credit balance
The top of the Product Research page shows your current credit balance.

| Free | 3 (lifetime; doesn’t refill) |
| Basic / Premium / Enterprise | Your bundled monthly allowance, refilling at the start of each cycle |
If the balance is 0 and you’re on a paid tier, your monthly allowance hasn’t been provisioned yet — typically resolves within a few minutes; refresh and re-check. If still zero, contact support.
