Managing the watchlist
The Watchlist is your “things to come back to” list. Reading and editing the watchlist is free; only fresh-data refreshes cost credits (and even those are 0 today).
In this guide:
- Open the watchlist
- Read a row
- Sort and filter
- Remove items
Open the watchlist
Sidebar → Watchlist.
The list is paginated, newest first.
Reading a row
| Column | What |
|---|---|
| Image | The product. Tap to open detail. |
| Title + brand | Product info. |
| Marketplace | Region badge. |
| SellerScore | At the time of last refresh. |
| Sub-score chips | Six chips, same as on a search row. |
| Cached at | When the metrics were last refreshed. |
| Age | How old the cache is (e.g., “12 minutes ago”, “3 days ago”). |
| Notes | Your free-text note, if any. |
| Actions | Open detail, refresh, edit notes, remove. |
Sort and filter
Sort by:
- Newest first (default)
- Oldest first
- SellerScore (high to low)
- SellerScore (low to high)
- Age (stale first) — useful for finding rows due for a refresh
Filter by:
- Marketplace
- SellerScore range — e.g., only show 70+
- Has notes — useful when you’ve been disciplined about annotating
Removing items
Three ways:
- Swipe left on a row → Remove.
- Long-press the row → Remove.
- Open the product detail → tap the watchlist toggle.
Removes are idempotent — removing something not in the watchlist is a no-op. (You won’t get an error if you accidentally remove twice.)
Capacity
There’s no hard cap on watchlist size. In practice, sellers find a watchlist of 30–80 items maximally useful — beyond that, items don’t get attention.
When the watchlist gets too long, the Coming-soon collections feature will let you group items into named projects.
