Marketplaces

The 15+ available marketplaces

Amazon may add or remove marketplaces; Hilal updates the list with each release.
Step 1: Add a marketplace
Settings → Marketplaces → tick the box for the marketplace.
If the marketplace isn’t ticked but isn’t selectable either, your Seller account hasn’t authorized it. Open Seller Central → Account info → Marketplaces, ensure the marketplace is active, then come back to Hilal and click Refresh marketplaces.
Step 2: Set the primary
Each marketplace tile has a Primary radio. The primary marketplace:
- Is the default the dashboard, finances, and inventory views show when no filter is set.
- Determines the default currency for some views (you can override at the export step).
- Is what AI Chat assumes if you don’t specify a marketplace.
Pick the marketplace that generates most of your revenue.
Step 3: Remove a marketplace
Untick the box. Hilal:
- Stops syncing data for that marketplace going forward.
- Keeps historical data accessible for reports — untick is non-destructive.
- Adjusts dashboard scope to exclude the unticked marketplace.
Step 4: See the impact across the app
Adding or removing marketplaces affects:

| AI tools | Default scope is the selected marketplaces. |
Troubleshooting
- Marketplace I sell in isn’t selectable. Seller authorization missing. See Step 1 above.
- Plan doesn’t allow that many marketplaces. Upgrade tier or buy the Extra marketplaces add-on.
- A marketplace appears active but data is empty. Initial sync may not have completed. Check Amazon → Connection for sync status.
