Notification history
The notification history page shows every notification sent to you across all channels, when it was sent, and whether you’ve read it.

Step 1: Open notification history
From any page, click the bell icon (notification icon) at the top-right of the app to open the notification panel. Then click the history icon to view your full notification history.
Step 2: Search and filter
Scroll through your notification history. For each notification, you see:
- Date and time — when it was sent.
- Type — what triggered it (e.g., “Order change”, “Auto-recharge failed”).
- Read/unread status — in-app notifications can be marked as read or unread.
Step 3: Mark as read
Click a notification to mark it as read. To mark all notifications as read at once, click the Mark All As Read button at the top of the history.
