Subscriptions and add-ons
This is the same page as Finances → Billing & subscriptions, surfaced in Settings for users who think of subscription as an admin task rather than a financial one. See Billing and subscriptions for the full workflow.

Quick actions

| Upgrade / downgrade plan | Change plan button (top-right). |
| Buy an add-on | Add-ons section → Buy. |
| Cancel an add-on | Add-ons section → ⋯ → Cancel at end of cycle. |
| Update payment method | Payment method card → Update. |
| Download an invoice | Invoices tab → row’s Download action. |
| Cancel subscription | Change plan → Cancel subscription. |
Live usage
The Usage panel shows:
- Members — current vs allowance.
- AI tokens this cycle — current vs allowance.
- Marketplaces — current vs allowance.
- Storage — used vs allowance.
A red bar means you’re approaching the limit; once exceeded, the affected feature returns a quota-exceeded error and prompts the corresponding add-on.
Billing history
The Invoices tab lists every invoice Hilal has issued for your subscription, downloadable as PDF. Each invoice has line items (base plan + add-ons + applicable taxes), payment status, and a link to the originating payment.
