Plans, usage & pricing

Hilal Software is a subscription product. This page explains what the plans look like at a high level, how usage is metered, and where to go to change anything. Pricing in your local currency lives on the pricing page and inside the app at Settings → Subscriptions & add-ons.

The four plan tiers

Hilal Software ships with four base plans, sized for different stages of an Amazon business.

Exact feature lists, member counts, and pricing are on the pricing page and inside the app under Settings → Subscriptions & add-ons.

How usage is measured

A few things in Hilal Software are metered. Going over your allowance either bills overage (if you’ve enabled it) or blocks the action until you upgrade or wait for the cycle to reset.

  • Members — the number of people in your organization. Each plan has a member cap.
  • Marketplaces — the number of Amazon regions you can sell in. Free is single-marketplace; Basic/Premium scale up; Enterprise is unlimited.
  • AI usage — measured in tokens / requests against the AI tools (AI Chat, NL2SQL, AI Notes, Document Chat, image generation). Each plan includes a monthly allowance; you can buy more as an add-on.
  • Storage — uploaded documents (for Document Chat) and generated assets count against a storage cap.
  • Concurrent campaigns / SKUs — the largest plans lift caps on how many simultaneous PPC campaigns or active SKUs Hilal will manage.

You can see your live usage at Settings → Subscriptions & add-ons → Usage.

Add-ons

Add-ons are top-ups on a base plan. Common ones:

  • Extra AI usage — buy a block of AI tokens that stacks on top of the base allowance.
  • Extra members — extend the seat count without upgrading the whole plan.
  • Extra marketplaces — for sellers on Basic/Premium who need one or two more regions.

Add-ons renew on the same cycle as your base plan and can be cancelled independently.

Managing your subscription

Everything subscription-related is at Settings → Subscriptions & add-ons (or Finances → Billing & subscriptions — they’re the same page, linked from both places).

From there you can:

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
  • Buy or cancel add-ons.
  • Update your payment method.
  • Download past invoices (also available under Finances → Billing).
  • Cancel your subscription (the org goes read-only at the end of the current cycle; you can re-subscribe any time).

For the step-by-step, see Billing & subscriptions and Subscriptions & add-ons.

FAQs

What happens when I exceed my AI allowance? AI tools return a quota exceeded error and surface a banner that links to the add-on page. Existing operations finish; new ones are blocked until you top up or the cycle resets.

Can I change plans mid-cycle? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle.

Do I need a separate subscription per organization? Each organization has its own subscription. Agencies running multiple brands as separate orgs will have a subscription per brand.

Is there a trial? Yes. The Free plan acts as an indefinite trial of the core dashboard and inventory; AI and ads tools have a metered allowance.
