Who is Hilal Software for?
Hilal Software is opinionated. It’s built for Amazon sellers who’ve outgrown Seller Central plus spreadsheets but aren’t ready for a full enterprise ERP. Here’s who that is.
The single-operator seller
You run the whole business yourself. You’ve got 50–500 SKUs, you list across one or two Amazon regions, and you spend every morning opening Seller Central, your spreadsheet, your Helium 10 account, your email tool, and your QuickBooks. You don’t need every feature on day one — you need one place to start.
What Hilal does for you: consolidates the dashboard, the inventory tracker, the ad manager, and the P&L into a single workspace. The interactive first-run tour walks you through each section so you don’t have to figure it out.
The two-to-five-person team
You and a co-founder, plus a virtual assistant or two. The VA needs to update inventory and answer review requests, but you don’t want them seeing the financials. Your ops lead needs full ad-account access, but the VA shouldn’t be able to launch campaigns.

The agency or brand manager
You manage Amazon for multiple brands across multiple regions. You need clean separation between brands, you need to switch context fast, and you need to see ad performance per region per brand without duplicating your subscription.
What Hilal does for you: organizations and marketplace selection. Each brand can be its own organization; switching is one click in the org switcher. Ads connections are per-region, so a North American ads connection and a European ads connection live side-by-side without scope leakage.
The D2C brand selling on Amazon as one channel
You’re a small DTC company; Amazon is one of three or four sales channels. You don’t want a full ERP — you want Amazon to behave like a real first-class channel with PPC, FBA, and finance views, and you want to feed those numbers into the rest of your stack via exports or API.
What Hilal does for you: the export-friendly Finances section (Excel + PDF), real Amazon Ads tooling, and FBA shipment planning that doesn’t pretend Amazon is just another Shopify store.
Who Hilal Software is not (yet) for
- Multi-channel sellers who don’t sell on Amazon. Hilal is Amazon-first. eBay, Walmart, and Etsy aren’t supported.
- Enterprise multi-tenant operations with hundreds of seats and SOC 2 / SSO requirements. Hilal is built for one-developer-tool simplicity, not enterprise complexity.
- Wholesale-only or B2B-only sellers who don’t run advertising or FBA. The advertising and FBA features are core, not optional.
