Seller dashboard

ℹ️
For Amazon Seller subscribers.

The mobile Seller dashboard is the leaner cousin of the web dashboard. Same data, smaller screen — three KPIs at the top, a chart in the middle, quick actions below.

In this guide:

  • Open the Home tab
  • Switch period: Yesterday / Today / Month
  • Read the trend chart
  • Use the quick actions

Step 1: Open the Home tab

Tap Home at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Switch period

Three pill tabs at the top: Yesterday, Today, Month. Tap any one — the KPIs and chart update. The selection persists between sessions.

PeriodWhat “month” means
YesterdayCalendar yesterday in your time zone.
TodayToday so far (so morning has fewer hours of data than evening).
MonthCalendar-month-to-date.

Step 3: Read the KPIs

Three tiles per period:

  • Sales — gross Amazon revenue.
  • Orders — order count.
  • Units — total units across orders.

Tap a tile to drill into a per-day breakdown.

Step 4: Read the trend chart

Below the KPIs, a sales-trend line chart shows the period in context. Hover (long-press on mobile) any point for the exact value and a delta vs. the equivalent point in the prior period.

Step 5: Use the quick actions

Below the chart, three quick-action shortcuts:

  • Open Products — go to the Products tab.
  • Open Inbox — go to the Chats tab.
  • Take a note — open AI Notes with a fresh note.

The FAB (bottom-right) gives you the same paths plus AI Features and All Chats.

Multi-marketplace

The dashboard respects whichever marketplaces you’ve ticked under Settings → Marketplaces on the web. To filter to a single marketplace on mobile, tap the All marketplaces chip near the top — a sheet opens to pick. Selection persists.

Differences vs the web dashboard

The web dashboard has:

  • A “deeper cards” row (top SKUs, low stock, top campaigns, recent reviews, open orders).
  • A custom date-range picker.
  • Embedded Superset BI dashboards.

These are not on mobile (the screen real estate doesn’t justify them). Use the web dashboard for deep work.

Troubleshooting

  • All zeros / “—”. The Amazon initial sync hasn’t finished. Pull-to-refresh; check Settings → Amazon for sync status.
  • Numbers don’t match the web. Confirm both are looking at the same period and the same marketplace filter.
  • Yesterday looks wrong overnight. Time-zone boundary. The dashboard uses your device’s time zone, which may differ from your Amazon account’s home time zone.
