The mobile app’s chatbot capabilities are a mix of available today and coming soon. Today, you can use the cross-product AI Notes, AI Chat, Document Chat, and Prompts library — most of the AI tools that make a chatbot operator’s life easier. The dedicated chatbot-management surfaces (live conversations, knowledge edits, agent monitoring) are next on the roadmap.
