The mobile app does not have its own subscription. It’s bundled with your existing Hilal Software or Hilal Chatbot plan — whichever you have.

How the mobile app fits into your plan

There’s no separate mobile-app SKU and no per-device fee.

What’s metered (and where)

The mobile app shares all metered resources with your web subscription. There’s no separate mobile quota.

  • AI usage (AI Chat, Document Chat, NL database queries, transcription, prompts) — counted against your subscription’s AI allowance. → Hilal Software AI usage, Hilal Chatbot AI usage.
  • Storage (uploaded documents, voice-note audio files) — counted against your subscription’s storage allowance.
  • Marketplaces, members, campaign caps — entirely from your web subscription; nothing changes on mobile.

When you exceed an allowance on mobile, you see the same banner the web shows — pointing at either the upgrade or add-on flow.

Add-ons

The same add-ons you can buy on the web apply on mobile (extra AI usage, extra storage, etc.). The mobile app links to the web billing flow when you tap Buy add-on; we don’t sell through Apple/Google in-app purchase today (so no platform 15-30% cut for you to absorb).

Free preview

If you don’t have an active Hilal subscription, you can:

  • Install and sign in.
  • Take the tour of the app.
  • Preview most read-only screens.

But anything that uses backend resources (AI Chat, document upload, etc.) is gated and surfaces an “activate a plan” prompt.

FAQs

Do I get charged twice if I have both products? No. Your two web subscriptions cover the mobile app fully.

Is push delivery metered? No. There’s no per-push fee. Channel toggles are about noise, not cost.

Can teammates use the mobile app on my plan? Yes — every member you invite into your organization can install the app and sign in with their own Hilal account. They count against your plan’s member cap (same as on the web).

Are mobile-only Coming-soon features priced separately? No. As they ship, they become part of the existing plans.
