What is the Hilal Mobile App?
The Hilal Mobile App is a single, unified iOS and Android app that supports the two big things Hilal does on the web — Amazon seller management (Hilal Software) and AI chatbots (Hilal Chatbot). One sign-in, one app, one place to keep up with your business while you’re away from a desk.
It’s deliberately not a port of the entire web product. The web is for deep work; the mobile app is for the daily checks, the quick captures, and the moments you need to know something now.
What does the Hilal Mobile App offer?
- A single sign-in for both products. Hilal Auth handles SSO; if you have an account on Hilal Software or Hilal Chatbot, you sign in once and the app figures out which features to surface.
- Daily dashboard for Amazon sellers. Yesterday / Today / Month KPIs, a sales-trend chart, and quick taps into the things that need attention.
- Products on the go. Search, filter by date range, and drill into per-product analytics — without opening a laptop.
- A shared inbox. Buyer messages (sellers) and chatbot conversations (chatbot users) live in the same threaded inbox UI, with an AI Copilot sidebar that suggests replies.
- AI Notes — the heart of the app. Capture an idea by typing or by voice, attach files, set a reminder, and tag it. Notes sync to Hilal’s backend so you can see them on the web too.
- Document Chat and AI database queries. Upload a PDF and ask it questions. Or ask “show me the SKUs that sold zero units last week” and get back rows.
- Prompts library. Save the prompts you use repeatedly, organize by category and tag, run them in one tap.
- Push notifications. Today: note reminders. Coming soon: orders received, listing changes, listing-hijack alerts (sellers); customer-to-human escalations, agent auto-update events, live workflow status (chatbot).
- Dark mode, offline awareness, OTA updates. The app’s a real native app — fast, themed, and updates over-the-air without an App Store cycle.
What sets the mobile app apart?
- One app for both products. Most companies ship two apps. We ship one. If you’re a chatbot user and an Amazon seller, you get a unified experience.
- AI Notes that feed your chatbot’s brain (coming soon). A flagship cross-product feature: write a note in line at the warehouse, and (with your permission) it’s ingested into your chatbot’s knowledge base so customers can ask about it. See Notes → Chatbot KB.
- Voice-first capture. Tap to record, get an automatic transcription, attach to a note. Ideal when you’re on a call, in a warehouse, or driving (passenger only — please).
- Permission-aware. The app reads your role from your Hilal Auth token. Members see the things they’re allowed to; sections they don’t have permission for are hidden, not just disabled.
Who uses the Hilal Mobile App?
- Amazon sellers who run their business from a phone half the time — checking sales over coffee, scanning the inbox, recording a note about a packaging tweak.
- Chatbot operators who want to answer customer-handoff messages on the move, capture notes that grow the bot’s knowledge, and (soon) get pushed when a workflow goes sideways.
- Cross-product power users who use both Hilal Software and Hilal Chatbot. The app is built for you — the cross-product features (AI Notes → KB, unified inbox, single sign-in) are the reason it exists.
- Teams. Each member signs in with their own Hilal account; permissions and audit follow them.
Is the mobile app for you?
If you have a Hilal account — Hilal Software or Hilal Chatbot — and you’d like a focused, well-designed companion app that does the daily work without trying to be the whole web product, yes.
